Changelog

one learning per entry
v0.9

Notify gets its second tenant: this site

The contact form posts events to Notify as tenant portfolio, with its own API key, rules and templates. A tenant-scoped metrics endpoint (totals, per channel, per day, median ingest to delivered) feeds a live reliability ledger, and the first message was delivered on both channels.

2 tenants, 1,348 jobs · learned: A second tenant found the gaps a single tenant never would: global sender name, a path allowlist in the auth filter.

v0.8

Humraah reaches App Store and Play review

Backend, PWA and the React Native app, from a failed audit on 30 June to store-ready. In-app purchases on both stores, UGC compliance, reviewer access.

355 of 363 backend commits, 155 of 155 mobile · learned: One backend, three clients: keep the policy in one place.

v0.7

OilTrace wins the internal Smart India Hackathon round

U-Net detection of oil slicks on Sentinel-1 radar, trained on about 2,500 scenes with 685 look-alike traps. I built the detection service, the dashboard and the report.

Dice 0.35 vs 0.06 classical · learned: Put the traps in the validation set or the number is a lie.

v0.6

Joined Third Shade and Deccan AI Experts in the same month

Full-stack intern at Third Shade; selected to Deccan AI's expert network to evaluate terminal and agentic workflows for LLM training.

learned: Evaluating models changes how you build with them.

v0.5

Notify goes to production

A multi-tenant notification service in Java and RabbitMQ, designed and built alone, serving every CampusCritique notification since.

98.1% of 1,346 jobs delivered · learned: Commit before you publish, then sweep for the gap.

v0.4

KisanMind, top 2 of about 40 at HackWarts

Five-node LangGraph advisor for farmers with Hindi and Marathi voice. I built the AI service and wired the frontend.

152 tests in 24 hours · learned: Every voice layer needs a fallback.

v0.3

Co-founded CampusCritique

Trust-first college discovery for India's new-age tech programs. I own payments, notifications and admissions automation.

learned: Ship the boring reliability first; the UI can wait a week.

v0.2

First place, Noesis Hackathon

AskMyNotes, a RAG study copilot. Co-built the retrieval with Ved. Eight hours, about fifty teams, a rule change halfway and a connectivity failure near submission.

learned: Under pressure, split the work by risk, not by role.

v0.1

First hackathon, second prize

A cultural-club site in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, two months into college.

learned: Ship something. Then ship something harder.

Playground

experiments, prototypes and smaller builds

Experiments, prototypes and smaller builds that do not need a full case study. Kept because each one taught something the bigger projects used.

AI and systems

  • webRTC video layer for AI-Interviewer, LiveKit on Next.js with an Express token server, so interviews could run without Google Meet. Repo
  • AI-Interviewer (team project, Parth’s lead): contributed features and the video layer. Live

Client work

  • M Subhani Works, a painting contractor’s site on Next.js, deployed on Hostinger with a leads database moved from SQLite to MySQL and search-console indexing. Live

Experiments

  • Premium web experiment, GSAP ScrollTrigger and Locomotive Scroll with cursor-following previews, inspired by lazarev.agency. Desktop only. Live

Early builds

  • cultural-club, my first hackathon, second prize, October 2025. Live
  • Snake, Hit_Me, Weather: the JavaScript games and apps I learned on. Snake · Weather
